Privacy Policy

1. Kracka will only collect personal information if it is necessary for business activities; and information will be collected lawfully and fairly.
2. Kracka will not use or disclose personal information about an individual for any other purpose than the purpose for which it is collected unless the individual would have reasonably expected the organisation to use or disclose the information for another purpose.
3. Kracka will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is accurate, complete and up to date.
4. Kracka will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is protected from misuse, loss or unauthorised access or disclosure.
5. Kracka will ensure its customers are given access to personal information that it holds about them.  The information must be corrected if the individual can establish that it is not accurate, up to date or complete.  Access may be denied if the request is vexatious, frivolous, unlawful, or would impact unreasonably on another person's privacy.
6. Kracka will not use an "identifier" assigned by a Commonwealth agency (such as a tax file number) to identify persons about whom information is collected.
7. Whenever it is practicable, an individual will have the option of not identifying himself when entering into a transaction with an organisation.  For example, allowing customers to make a cash purchase without providing their name or contact details unless we are required by law to obtain this information.
8. Kracka will not collect sensitive information without the consent of an individual unless the information is required by law.
