Warranty Information
Kracka products are warranted against defects in materials and or workmanship for the following periods;
Mobile Trays
3 years on components and workmanship
Tool Boxes
3 years on workmanship
2 years on gas struts
1 year on hardware
Any product that fails within the warranty period will be rectified free of charge; including materials and labour, subject to proof of purchase.
This warranty excludes the effects of normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, improper assembly, improper installation and inadequate maintenance.
Kracka operating instructions specify the conditions of use, installation, assembly and maintenance of our products. Customers should use and maintain our products according to our recommendations, or they may become unsafe, and Kracka may not be liable.

Delivery/Shipping Information
All mobile trays arrive at your door flat packed approx 600w x 300h x 1300-2500w, the total weight is approximately 80kg.
Shipping cost vary depending on your location, so simply give us a call on 1300 730 653 and we will provide a delivery cost.
Delivery time will vary also depending on your location but we aim to have your unit to you within 14 working days Australia wide.
If you are a local you can pick up your mobile tray and tool boxes direct from the factory located in Maroochydore QLD.

Q. Will the Kracka mobile tray fit my ute?
A. We have mobile trays to suit nearly all current model utes, if you can't see your ute on our product list give us a call with the length and width of your tub and we will sort out the best option for you
Q. How long does it take to get the Kracka mobile tray off my ute?
A. 4 minutes with one person, 2 minutes with a lacky.
Q. Can I fit my old tool boxes to the Kracka mobile tray?
A. No problems, just fit through the tray with a stainless 10mm locking bolt/nut set.
Q. How do I secure the Kracka mobile tray to my ute?
A. We supply 2 mounting brackets to fix to the back of your ute tub. When the mobile tray is on the back of your ute, simply fit 2 padlocks.
Q. What's the maximum load of the Kracka mobile tray?
A. 500kg
